Payment
How you can pay us
Payment must be made prior to issuance of the electronic certificate. We accept credit/debit card and bank transfer. An on-site estimate visit for other work is charged at our £120 call-out fee.

Terms & conditions
- ·Payment: made in advance of the inspection.
- ·Cancellation: within 24 hours of inspection — £30 fee. Within 4 hours — no refund.
- ·Certificate issuance: only issued once any outstanding costs are settled.
- ·Waiting time: charges may apply.
- ·Parts & additional items: not included in the initial fee; extra items confirmed by text may incur additional charges.
- ·Parking costs: may be passed on to the customer if none is provided free.
- ·Extra repairs: only carried out with customer consent (confirmed by text/email), charged at our standard heating rate.
- ·Tenant responsibility: the landlord must ensure the tenant is present at the agreed time.
- ·No shows: the engineer waits 30 minutes from the booking time; no contact means the booking is cancelled with no refund.
- ·Tenant cooperation: the tenant must know appliance locations, ensure the gas supply isn't cut off, and ensure sufficient credit on the meter.
- ·Accessibility: all appliances must be readily accessible; engineers won't remove cupboard doors or boxing.
- ·Flue accessibility: the full flue length must be accessible, or a compliant inspection hatch present.
- ·Boiler service: don't book alongside inspection if the boiler is faulty — no refunds if it isn't working properly beforehand.
